No need to find out why you are now not getting your butt out the door.
Write down your purpose of working and realize your feelings of not wanting to work don't really matter, because most people feel the same way you do but they go to work anyway, as can you. Just go and do what needs to be done co-existing with your feelings. Just because you don't feel like doing something doesn't mean that you don't have to do it.
