What's the longest you have you driven down a highway with your eyes closed?
(hope no one does on a regular basis)

Must add I live in the country. Emply straight highway. When I was much younger. 3, 4 seconds.
I didn't expect anyone to have ever done it on an expressway other than blinking.

I haven't done it for more then a sec if that much! More of a blink of an eye! You must be freaking crazy! Oh, wait, I guess you could doze off but you better pull over and take a nap if you are that tired!!

As long as it takes to sneeze or blink...why would you do that? What a question....if your that tired don't drive your putting yourself and other people on the road in danger. If your just closing your eyes for no reason that is just childish and stupid and I hope to never literally run into you on the road.

When I feel that sleepy, I pull the car over -- or -- I stop for a cup of coffee. But to answer your question, I've probably driven about 10 feet with my eyes closed.

I have regularly driven for 24 to 28 hours none stop (except fuel) crossing Europe to Slovakia... but if i need to close my eyes i pull over for ten Min's...
