My husband is the one that bought me the phone when we were dating and wants to know why he has my number. I talked to him once almost 3 years ago and I guess my ex kept my number. Now my husband is unsure now if I've been talking to my ex - but I have not. I'm getting the total cold shoulder. What should I do? I've been honest with my husband and told him that I don't know why he called or why he still has my number.

You need to get a new phone number and apologies to your husband. Your ex should have never had your number. I don't blame your husband for being the way he is. Change the number and give it some time.

Well tell the guy not to call you anymore. I think it was rude of your ex to call you like that knowing that you are married. He doesn't have respect for you or your husband. The whole thing about ex's are that once you have found someone else they should not have that kind of contact with you. It is nice if you are just friends but a friend knows when not to over step boundaries.

I had the same thing happen to me - only it was 2 years. I told the ex not to bother me. I was happy and hung up. The next day I changed the number.

Sit down with your husband and have a serious talk about trust. If you didn't give him any serious reasons to doubt you before, it shoudn't be too difficult to continue to trust you. The trick at this point is that you should show interest in his concern. Don't try to just dismiss it because you know it's nothing. Show him you care about his feelings and understand his concerns. Good luck

Call your phone provider. They must have records of incoming and outgoing calls. Ask them to send copies. Show them to your husband.

Assuming you're telling the truth then you didn't do anything wrong. Stand your ground & tell your hub that- you shouldn't feel guilty about it b/c you're innocent. If you give in he will think that you did do something wrong so don't- he'll give in & believe you eventually.

Ask hubby if he trusts you and believes you.(Do not do this if he has any reason to say NO.)
If he does then get on with your life if he doesn't then you two have things to talk over.
