Turtle Wax and Meguires both make good rubbing compounds. Give one a try. If that doesn't work look for Meguire's clay bar. It takes away quite a bit.

Depending on the make and model of your car, you can go to Auto Zone, maybe Wal Mart, or some other store like that and they make touch up paint that will match your paint. If you can't find a store like that, start calling around to different auto body repair/paint shops, and see if they can help you out with the information. When all else fails and you can't find it, call or go on line to the company that made your car, and see if you can find a place that sells it in your area.
