Which version of Norton are you using?
Is it possiable you subscription has expired.
The link below, you can manually update daily if you choose.

MY live updates are not working either.
I had to buy an upgrade to the 2006 version to even get the pull-down updates. Their customer support was totally useless. They ask questions - I answer - they ignore answer and ask if my problem is resolved...
I think I will uninstall live update altogether, until I see a fix on their site for the LU processes hanging.
