wow, is this a serious question? you honestly think that bush would EVER consider sending someone over there that could show him up just before the midterms? cmon, you know how deep party lines run, bush is just playing the system regardless of human lives lost.

Would that be his boming of Iraq (twice I think), or his bombing in Afghanistan, or his war is Bosnia, or his sending troops to Haiti, or the viollence in Somalia, or the way he handled the first WTC attack, or the attack on our barracks, or the atttack on the USS Cole or........sorry, which diplomatic effort did you mean?
