for a girl i really recommend Sophia or Scarlett with a middle name being Nicole. I think Nicole goes with a lot of names. You wanna choose something different since Marie is pretty much every girls middle name. And for a boy, I was actually going to name my baby Noah Alexander, but resulted I had a girl.

That's the funnest way to have twins! Boy and Girl! How lucky!
If you like Eva AND Evelyn you could always name her Evelyn and call her Eva for short.
I also like Liliana because then you could call her Lily for short and that's a really cute name.
You could do Jack and Rose like on Titanic
Sebastian and Alice are Disney Characters

There is a set of twins that go to my church.. Ethan and Elisha... my brother and sister's names are Brittany and Brandon (not twins). Or from your list Catherine and Caleb, Michael and Madiline, Jack and Rose (Titanic LOL)

i think all those names sound beautiful. try to make sure you have one unique name and one "business sounding" name. like michael - business sounding and sebastian- unique. this way they can be individuals or fit in. the choice is theirs (and yours)! :)
personally for twins...i've always loved names like victor and victoria or alexander and alexandra. then give them very different middle names. i've always said if i had twins i would name them
donovan and vanessa. and call him van and her vanessa.
