You can renew on the Norton web site but beware they will try to trick you into buying a new version of the product. I have several customers that have been suckered this way. I would consider just removing the product entirely and moving to one the free alternatives that does not compromise your systems performance like Norton does.

Go to their qwebsite if it doesent work buy another box of buyt in stead of norton anivirus get Norton Internet Secruity its 60$ but worth it it gives you anti hacker protection e-mail messaging (spam)box and the basics like anti virus Protection all the things

All Anti-Virus software have a yearly subscription model and need to be renewed every year.
You could also look at www.mcafee.com for their McAfee ASaP product (The product is an online model of the regular AV)

Why are you using Nortorn,just because it is polpular!You must try Trend-Micro's PC-Cillin product,which is far better than Nortorn In technical terms and User Friendly also.One speciallty is that when it works in silent mode it does not consume more Processor,your processor will not be slow.
