In a perfect world yes a man could get pregnant, but since there is no perfect world then the answer is no. If a man gets kidney stones and have to pass them, this is as close as you can get to having a baby.

Yes , it is possible. Babies can survive outside of the uterus . They just attach to other organs and drain all of the energy out of it. Its very dangerous. The baby acts like a tumor. They are considering doing further testing.
