he is more than likely bisexual or he may have been in denial.
If he still has desires for women as well as men then he is bisexual but the bad thing about being bisexual is that society wants things neat and tidy black and white.
He may have come out as gay even though he is bisexual so that he coudl identify himself more clearly. There is a larger part of the population that si bisexual then not. Most studies I have seen put estimates at 60 - 65 % of the population is bisexual only 5-10% are homosexual and 25-30 % are straight
We are the majority not a minority.

I don't think straight people just become gay. Either they are bisexual or they were "pretending" to be straight in order for society to accept them. As for Darren Hayes, I think he is bisexual...but since he married a man, I don't think he has a problem being exclusively gay for the rest of his life.

He was probably always gay or bisexual. Some people "come out" at an early age, and others only after they have lived enough in a less than honest (even with themselves) situation that they finally come out. That's what he did.

Some married men are bisexual and unfortunatly when they were young didn't grow up in a world that had people coming out of the closet, and unfortunatly it was too late into their marriage and they realized that about themselves.

I always thought of myself as straight, then at achool I started liking my roommate alot, for no apparent reason. One night I just trusted my instincts and let him kiss me. I am glad I did. I am proud to day we are still together
