To get the paper part of the sticker off you can soak it in water.
However to get the adhesive part of the sticker off you can use something oil based like cooking oil, WD40, or Goo be Gone.
I use alcohol, Windex, or a cheap window cleaner to change the window decals in the car.

Any of these should work.

Put some liquid dish detergent on the stickers. Leave soak for a couple of hours. When you wash your dishes, the stickers should come right off with no residue left behind. I've done this for many years.

There is a remover called Goop. It works but is quite stinky! I'd do it outside and then take my glasses in and wash them.
