About once a week in the mid am (about 10am) I feel like throwing up and have a headache.. This happens about once or twice a week.. I AM NOT PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!! This has been going on for about three years now.. I never went to see a doctor because I thought it was normal.. Does anyone else feel this way too about once a week?

It only lasts for about 15-40 mintues when it does happen.

Yes, I am on the pill and no, I have never been bulimic or anything like that.

This doesn't sound normal. Maybe you should keep a diary of your eating/sleeping/exercise habits for a week and see if there are any coincidences. Take the diary to your doctor so s/he can also check.

Are you on the pill? When I started the pill, I would have the same deal every evening at 6pm... It was very strange... but it went away.
But in your case, for three years? Maybe you should go to the doctor... also check webmd.com, they might have some information.

my brother had that. he wasn't pregnant either. in fact, he weighs 90 lbs. turns out he had acid reflux. pepcid helped him big time.

If you have an adversion to certain foods b/c you feel they mess with your tummy, let the doctor know. You may have allergies you aren't aware of, or again it may be acid reflux.

now, i don't know if that's you're problem... but you might want to go to the doctor NOW. Life's too short to be suffering so.

I've had that before. I think for me it has to do with eating (or not eating) and sometimes I think it has to do with my hormones (depending on where I'm at in my cycle.)

To ease your mind you might want to see a doctor. It could have something to do with your bloodsugar or it could be nothing.

have you had bulimia before? if you have, then this could be an offshoot of that. But if not, i'd definitely suggest seeing your doctor- this is not normal.
