If have been no terrorist attacks since 9/11, what was that anthrax thing all about?

terrorist attacks are years apart on american soil.We are due again for one in the next 3 years .
WHAT it will be is un-certian but it will
do more harm then the previous attack as that just angered america and did nothing to change the way we conduct ourselfs in the middle east.
