Did you experience small fonts when viewing on Internet Explorer ONLY (but not in other programs)?

When you're in Internet Explorer, right-click the tool bar, click the CUSTOMIZE. Search for font size (A<-->) tool bar button and put it on the 'Current Toolbar buttons'. Pull down to increase font size...

Just don't end the font tag.

go to view in your browser then text size to increase your font size.
