The easiest way is to create a feathered selection in an image editing software -> select inverse -> delete. That will create an image that fades out to black, white, etc.

by your name you are Asian so you might have 1 of those things that let you write on pictures i forgot what they are called but just about every Asian girl has one if you look on the side there would be a shadow button
