I am 6 weeks pregnant and as nauseated today as I have ever felt. I have too much going on at work to be able to go home and take a nap. Any suggestions for relief would be greatly appreciated!

Eat a few saltine crackers before you get up out of bed. And drink some sierra mist. Just eat 5 small meals a day. Always keep snacks with ya. Hope your next trimester will be better!

Make sure to have lots of small snacks throughout the day, and I found when I was particularly nauseous, I would sip green tea.

Try not to allow yourself to get hungry, and don't overeat when you do eat a meal.

You may want to try seabands, for motion sickness. I also occasionaly used Gravol.

And remember, nausea is a great sign that the pregnancy is healthy and doing well. Try to keep that in mind as you suffer through!

I am only barely four weeks pregnant and haven't suffered from ANY morning sickness, yet. For energy though, try drinking a smoothie, that alone gives me the best energy boost you can get, without a lot of calories. Although if you get them from a smoothie place they probably have lots of ice cream in them. I make mine at home in the morning and I use only fresh or frozen fruit.

Good Luck!

My doctor gave me Gravol for the nauseating feeling but it made me drowsy. I'm not sure if there is anything similar you could use but please consult your doctor first. Good luck.
