yes it does and you have to have it stitched back on and if they stitch it on wrong you end up peeing in your eyes so be warned lol

I somehow dont think that your knob will fall off if you play with it too much, mine has'nt in fact it seems to have got a bit longer over the past few years, now its a good 3" when erect.

It doesn't fall off, it cums off. Just incase you didn't know, you are supposed to use your hand, not a razor blade.
