Does Masturbation really effect on marriage life? I've read somewhere that it makes men Impotent. (Telling the Truth=>) this has made me kind of nervous. I masturbated a lot,like 1-2 times daily for 5 years. Now I am getting Married in the coming Feb, and I am really depressed. I've started smoking too. I am in kind of a fear that I might not be able to "satisfy" my wife. Can anyone tell me is there any cure to this mental tension? Would anyone be kind enough to help me out?????

Masturbation is good for you but you should never masturbate to the point that you are not able to satisfy your wifes needs first. Masterbation 1 to 2 times a day is normal I still do it and I am 40 years old been married 20 years. Wife has no complaints in bed. Have three kids so wont make you steril or impotent.

Smoking will do more harm re impotence because it affects the circulation. In a mutually monogamous, respectful relationship masturbation is acceptable. It becomes a problem when it interferes with the development of your sexual relationship as a couple. If masturbation is preferable to sex with your partner, that isn't fair to your partner. As long as you can enjoy it and be a willing, giving participant with your partner, should be no problem. As consenting adults, whatever the two of you agree on goes, as long as it isn't illegal or harmful to someone else.

Smoking may make you impotent, alcohol too and some drugs, but NOT masturbation. Ever. And that's a fact.
Just relax and enjoy life, pal. If that rumour was true, there wouldn't be many boners in the world :)
