And I believe until 2007 you can make computer to phone calls for free. (but not sure about international calls)

yes use skype and a headset
skypeout allows cheap calls , if the person at the other end hasnt got a computer.

yes u can, just download any messenger, like ym, msn or skype. it's called pc to pc call (u and d 2nd person must have headset), means u cannot make a call to a mobile or landline phone. elow pinoy ako, chat tayo, hehe
