Hi, I am usually light heart'ed on replies like this,,, but this touches a nerve....

I used to be very quick tempered, to the point of self disruption.

Quick answer,,, no youre not unhappy, but your unhappy with something!!

It's to do with the past / previous problems / self doubts etc, no matter how small they seem to be to others!

Take a back seat & look at what is eating away with you & trust me, you'll find it. Realise what it is & work on it to rid it from your mind.

Sometimes being the person you want to be & youre not, has something to do with it!

Chill out, be yourself, you know yourself youre doubts etc, & all the best of luck....

not at all. you are more likely to be unhappy if you build it up and leave it to fester.
At least being quick tempered gets it out faster.
Bit like pulling a plaster off fast :-)

Me, no. I am neither. But someone who is quick tempered does not have control, and is probably an insecure person, but if they like being like that, they may be perfectly happy.....

No, it's just in your nature. I never lose my temper but just let it fester. That's far unehealthier.

No, but I bet you would have fewer friends, which will, ultimately, make you less happy.
