Go and see your doctor and he will tell you if the can be removed surgically or not. Only way to get rid of them.

They won't go away on your own the only way to get rid of them is with surgery. Go see your GP and he will send you to a specialist. Pretty expensive though. Or most plastic surgery places will do it. There is a laser method that can be used as well.

if you see your doctor he will recommend you see a specialists ,they may just inject them if they are not very big hope that this helps
