Are you 100% sure that it's the cream you're allergic to? Some folks are allergic to the metallics in the tattoo ink itself.

The triple antibiotic works well, but I've used neosporin on my tatt and it worked great

goto the baby section and get A&E Its some good stuff i used it on my tat and it came out good

Tattoo Goo is a good one, if thats not already what your using. I used triple antibiotic on mine.
