Just be aware of the dangers of wearing extreem corsets: broken or fractured ribs, brusing, lacerations, difficulty breathing, fainting, spinal problems and internal organ repositioning and damage. A recommended goal would be no more than 1 inch every six months. Corset training is a form of body modification and must be taken seriously and it is best to go slow.
