I have a few very small dents on my car. I was wondering if there are any ways to get these dents out without having to replace the whole door or bumper ext. There was this lil dent remover on tv, but I havent seen any more commercials for it, anyone tried something like this?

Most of the time these don't work. Your best bet is to call a paintless dent repair guy. If they aren't to bad he can remove them without paint work. It's usually about $50-$60. And if the bumper is plastic, try heating with a heat gun (be careful not to get it too hot) and massage it out.

There are suction-cup looking dent removers that you can buy at most auto part stores. They work very well, just follow the instructions, and if in doubt get help or take it to a shop. If you do it wrong you could end up creasing the dent and making it worse.

have heard here, and from personal contacts, that dry ice will pop out small dents. look up dry ice in the maintenance section here and read all about it.
