Yes, if you're already in the team. But do not practise everyday. The body needs rest.

Do it around 4-5 times a week, with rest days in between. Furthermore, do not practise the same thing all the time. Vary it. Do conditioning some days, stamina on others. Practise shooting sometimes, dribbling and sprinting on others. Some weight training for the lower limbs (including legs), is also recommended.

Also eat well and healthily. 30 days isn't good enough to become the very best but it is a good start, once you have a regimen like this, you'll do it for months on end. The end result, a better and healthier player.

I'm the best player on my varsity team and I practice a lot! But that won't help you all the time. What i do is find a couple things i want to do or improve. I'm not saying go for a goal you make and don't work on any others. An example would be to be able to run a certain distance in a certain amount of time. Or take a jog every week. This is important if you want to stay in the game for a long time. However, do not do this all 2 hrs and all the time. Give sometime to work on ball work, try some tricks, and work on developing a big foot. people who kick far do well on high school teams. If you go to a local soccer feild, there is almost always a group of guys that play games. Drive by there and find out when people go. Then, meet up with them 1 day a week. One of your rest days can be the day before. this will help you develop skills in an active situation. be sure to work on what ever you practice. this will help you improve your game. if you try the same things in each game you can't improve.
good luck dude!

Time spent is not the only variable. You need to know if the practice is bringing any results. Set yourself goals that can be measured to see if there is improvement. For example, practice free kicks and set the goal of being able to hit a small target area 7 out of 10 times... something like that.

just depends on how hard you practice. you can prac for 2 hrs and not get much done or you can go hard for 2 hrs and see some dramatic improvements. so its up to you.
