I am in a small town and I think I would have a booming business here if i opened a Taco Bell.

My parents here in LA own a McDonalds which is open 24 hours, and it's always full, you can come here at 3 am and there will be a huge line at the drive thru window.

well if you live somewhere that is generally warm all year like florida i would open something like a dairy queen....my aunt owns one in ohio and makes tons of money in the summer time...but she lives in a larger city and not a small town....maybe stand outside another restaurant in your town or the grocery store and ask the people in you town what they would like to see put in
