1)Get at least 8 hrs of sleep. 2)Never over eat.3) Eat fruits and vegetables 4)stay away from high sugar/high processed carb foods.5) and exercise at least 20 minutes a day.

Sugar only gives you short lived energy. Goes up sharply and then crashes your blood sugar levels making you tired and lethargic. B-vitamens have shown to give a person an energy boost, hence why they are the key component of energy drinks(ie. Red Bull)

To get real energy has been mentioned by others
in this query: drink about eight glasses of water daily. If your taking distilled water, it's pH is 7.0. However, the best way
to get "real" energy on a permanent basis is to take Xtreme X2O, a mineral complex containing 70 trace minerals with distilled water as it has a pH of 9.9 (Check the following website: www.xoomaworldwide.com/alkalizewithx2o).
The body suffers from fatigue and lack of energy because it is not given enough water and minerals that it needs for proper hydration and metabolic functioning. It's pH is too acidic (too
low, pH is below 7.0) from all the acidic foods and sodas that we eat and drink. Xtreme X2O is the only water enhancer that is capable of neutralizing too much acid in the body by increasing its pH to make the body systems alkaline (pH=7.45 and above).
Learn more about it at:

Thanks for your query.

Prenatal vitamins (you don't have to be preggers) and diet Rockstar energy drinks. They contain B6, B12, and iron, which are natural energy boosters, especially if you are anemic.
