Where will the new NASCAR Nextel Cup TOYOTA TEAM be located?

I was wondering if they might locate at either Georgetown (where the Camry is made) or @ Kentucky Speedway (Sparta)

Bill Davis Racing, High Point, NC and Michael Waltrip Racing are two established teams that will be running the Toyota Camry next season. Most of the teams are located in the greater Charlotte, NC area.
