I always get loose stool or diarrhea right before and when im on my period, how can i prevent this, and do you get it too? what do you do?

It can be a symptom of endometriosis. You should do some research on it and see if you have any of the other symptoms.

yeah, me too. i'm sure it's due to the hormonal shift your body undergoes in pre-menustration. blueberries have loads of fiber, so they'll just make the situation worse (and stain your teeth). Just let nature run it's course- you probably needed that bowel cleansing anyway. But to decrease the severity of the situation, try eating light during the week prior to your period. That always seems to work for me.

yeah it happens to me too, i don;t do anything about it, i figure its just the way it is, but you could take something that is supposed to get rid of it. Or eat blueberries, thats supposed to get rid of diarrhea.
