Women should remember to wipe from front to back after urinating or having a bowel movement. This reduces the chance of germs getting into the bladder. These germs can cause urinary tract infections

front to back ALWAYS. Back to front can spread fecal material and cause bladder or vaginal infections. I know that and I'm a man for crying out loud.
