I'm not familiar with the artist nor the song but judging from those lyrics it's certainly about going down on her man. There's nothing wrong with that. Check out some of the old blues lyrics from the nineteen-teens, twenties and thirties. They make a lot of today's song lyrics seem conservative in comaparison and that's just one example.

I think it does and think it is a perverted song to be played on the radio when little kids listen and have good memories of the lyrics.
