for me it has to do with both, if they are like the skeleton guy on those scary movies, the one with the weird laugh, then no
and yet, if they have no personality, or have a bad personality, then no!

Personality all the way.
I've dated many extremely beautiful women... and I've learned that the fantasy is better. It's difficult to become attracted (and to remain attracted) to someone who is super-concerned about their body and face, working out 10 hours a day, always cranky and on a diet, always wanting your opinion about how they look, etc. In ten years, when these women lose their looks, what will they have? A beautiful soul is ageless.

Both the qualities are essential in a girl to get the enjoyment, Lack of any one out of the two qualities suppresses the enjoyment.
