how do i find out who is on line and has skypme, as i cannot seem to find out in the help page?

on the Skype it is alot harder to find friends that you know but oh the messenger go to search then find, then they will give you a list of people online i'm not sure how that works like if it is people online in your area but yeah i stopped using skype so if there is a newer model then i'm not sure

skype is not easy to make contact.
