Make some tea or some other warm drink. Or take a warm bath or shower if you can. Warm will help your muscles relax and ease the cramps.

Heating pad works....you need to get some Tylenol not Advil or Motrin-it thins your blood and you may bleed more. If the cramps get too intense, go to the ER-could be something more than just cramps.

You're going to have to go to the store and buy something. I would recommend Midol. This is specially formulated for menstrual cramps. Look up the active ingredients to it, and you could also buy the generic version of it by comparing the active ingredients....and it should be alot cheaper. Best of luck to you.........

I'd suggest you use a heating pad or sit in a tub with some warm/hot water. Exercise could help, too.
