First, a professional grade drum machine or keyboard with a sequencer. They are expensive but my passion is writing music and I think it's worth it for a great quality sound.
Second, go to a local music store and talk to the people there. They can recommend better what you are looking for. Talk to them about capabilities of equipment i.e. can you burn the mix you've created directly to CD or would you need an external CD recorder. What's the best type of microphone if you want to add lyrics. They may even have some things on consignment or used that's in good condition. Cheaper that way.
Third, ask them if they can put it on layaway or reserve the equipment with a down payment because you're quickly going to start adding up the $$$$$.
It has taken me 14 years to get to the point where I can produce professional CDs. I have an all digital studio which I can record + produce my music. Of coarse if I had any connections it would have happened faster, but that's the next hurdle you'll have to consider.
Good luck to you and have a great day!!!

What you are asking takes multiple steps. First you must make a recording. There is software available to do this but it may be better to go to a recording studio if you have no prior experience. Once you have a recording them come back and ask about CD's.

I don't know what you mean without a credit card. You either need money or an account with the store.

Hey man i feel that you dont have a credit card, so what you should do is find a company that takes money orders, cash, or check. This right here is a softwarehttp://www.mh2o.com/members/register/
That lets you sample and create beats and copyright em, so you wont get copied (that stuff always happens in the rap game)
And you can share your music around the world, and see how others like it. You never know if you are a rapper or producer. For some like Kanye its both, that ***** is talented. But its up to you dog reach for the stars...they waitin

If you're making a demo, you're going to need some cd-rw's (re-writes) As for the beats, I'm not quite sure- but if you go to any music store (like Radio Shack) they might be able to help you out in that area. And you'll be able to pay with cash.

OK in America we have this thing called cash, for making your own music i can fully support Garage Band for Apple it might be for Microsoft but it is mainly for Apple, so if you want 100% custom made music get that, you could get Music Match Maker, or the Sony Music Player Software but Garage Band is better so go to Apple stores

I love the idea that someone thinks you can go into a store and buy some beats.

You know, before the era of stupid began, people had to know something to write music.

Good luck anyway.
