Can he sign the birth certificate without his moms signiture.

i dont think so cuz da us only counts some one resonsible when there 18 so he might need to have his mom sign or if your still not sure ask some one you can trust

CONGRADULATIONS! I have a 15 year old son and I know Im going to love alot of grand children i want to wait awhile! Im unsure what the law is where u arer- but here in Nebraska they can sign it themselves! I dont see why they cant! Remember to take the time to love and cherish this grand baby!!!!

The most important point is for your son to be there for his child. You should be there for your child and your child's child. That's how families are built.
Details like who signs what, where, and when are all secondary.
