What would you rather have...... a couple of pence on a litre of fuel or the proposed black boxes in cars and charges for every mile we drive on the roads ?

The geek community will find a way to block the black boxes, but I sure as hell am never going to even allow one in my car!!!
We already have a pay as you go tax system, but there is no way to track where you are going with it.
The only reason for it, is to track and monitor your driving and where you are going at all times!!!
