I'm pregnant too and my breast tenderness went away but I didn't have those symptoms. I would personally go to a hospital. I don't know why they said they'd call you back. Pregnancies should be their highest priority as it is yours. If you're truly concerned go see about this right now. No matter what OTHER people may think. This is your baby and you have to take of you in order to take of your child.

As for the tenderness going away I don't really think that it has "went away" It may be that you are used to it now. As for the pains in your stomach you did the right thing by calling the doctor. Hope it all works out. goodluck and congrats

I wouldn't worry. My breast tenderness didn't go away that early (actually, I didn't even get it that early), but I had cramps like my period was going to start at about six weeks.

It all can be normal. All you can do is wait and see if you start bleeding. Your breasts won't be sore forever. The soreness going away is nothing to worry about.

Ah, I don't think there is anything normal in pregnancy. But, none of your symptoms seems atypical to me. (ask your doctor)
