Hi guys,

For the last day and a half I have had constant nausea and tiredness. I am going to see the doctor tomorrow if the symptoms don't disapper but I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts? Could they be stress maybe as I'm going through a pregancy worry at the moment.

I am eating, but every time I do I feel sick - and I am sleeping - maybe more than usual, but I'm on holiday which is probably another reason why.
The pregnancy paranoia that I have at the moment only occurred 2 weeks ago - so I'm waiting a few more days before I take a pregnancy test. Would symptoms being showing up now? and plus would the sickness feeling last pretty much all day?
I do suffer from panic attacks/anxiety but normally I get achy arms, heavy chest if a panic attack is coming on.

If you are pregnant, the nausea and fatigue are completely normal, and can be very, very extreme in some women. I had morning sickness that was more like "morning-noon-and-night sickness"- every day of my pregnancies until I gave birth! The fatigue was daily, as well. I tried all the little "home remedies", which didn't work at all, then the prescriptions, which really didn't help much either. The only thing I can tell you is that USUALLY with most people, the nausea and fatigue ease up or disappear after about the third month. It's a small percentage of "unlucky people" (such as myself) who experience these symptoms to an extreme degree...(I sure hope you are not one of them!) But if you are, remember this: as rotten as it feels, pregnancy is a temporary condition, and though it may be hard to get through, the results, in the end are well worth all the misery you go through while being pregnant.
Surround yourself with things (and people) that make you feel more comfortable...sometimes some people are not very compassionate to the way a pregnant woman feels...be your own best friend and do what you need to do for yourself.

You're pregnant ?

Then it could come from the pregnancy. When do you feel the nausea ? All over the day or in the morning ?

The symptoms you describe could also sound like a stomach flu. Do you feel dizzy ? Do you feel pain in your stomach ?
