I really don't believe, that hair color has anything to do with whether someone is dumb, or not. Think about it, None of them are "true blonds". All the girls mentioned in the other answers, have brown or black hair, underneath the bleach.
Since all of them are millionairs, you have to wonder, just how dumb are they?

Christina Aguilera is not a dumb blonde but she does change her style way too much. Like now she thinks she is Marilyn Monroe!

Jessica Simpson is the current definition of dumb blonde (and she uses it well - part of the reason why "dumb blondes" aren't realy so dumb).
Marylyn Monroe is a model of what the classic dumb blonde - enough so that Madonna (or Esther now) tried to capitalize on her image at one time).

Christina Aguilera isn't dumb like different action picture star blondes (Britney, Jessica, Ashley, Anna Nicole) yet she does replace her type alot. She is smart for not making herself skanky like different celebs. i imagine she is amazingly fairly and has a pretty voice. i imagine she needs to locate her own type rather of taking all of us else's. a minimum of she hasn't made any stupid strikes like different blonde celebs contained in the conventional public eye.
