colourfull pictures should fill the walls....what pictures you select should depend on the age group u intend to coach....for older age groups ...I recommend placing hot models at each corner of the room. the room should always be scented....

How about (Ritmos) It translates in English to "Rythms" Do not add Sombreros or anything with "Viva Mexico" to the environment... keep it on the light side, like cut out paper mache.

Really involve the culture, just don't teach them the dance, make them understand and get them involved and they will enjoy it more.
For a name how bout: Bailando con amigos (dancing with friends)
