I haven't heard of ANY fad diets using instant ramen as the primary course.
I'm asking this because it just occured to me that Instant Ramen is very very low in fat.

Also to those who know, Maruchan Brand has so many delightful flavours, its ironic that nobody has tried putting out a diet plan.

Its perfect because you can really eat a lot of it and still lose weight. The perfect moderation diet.

good point on the sodium, that is if you like to finish off the soup base too. Otherwise it isn't as bad, that will just wash out of your system as long as you keep on keeping hydrated, and you know lots of people do that anyway. Your body only retains what it needs and purges the rest. Salt as it happens is an essential nutrient.

Guess I never paid attention to the fat content. I just lived on it for a very long time cuz I was too poor to buy much else!! LOL!!!

You do that while I go on the beef jerky diet. It is low in fat too and tastes delicious.

Although you do bring up a good point with the noodles I'm not sure it would work. When I was 18 and unemployed I lived off ramen noodles and dry cereal and didn't loose much weight. I did that for about 4 months until I got working again.

It is really high in sodium though, and will make you retain water if you eat too much of it, which will slow your weight loss and can be really unhealthy if you have high blood pressure.
