didn't you already ask a really awesome question? quit while you're ahead, large effect. you won't find love on yahoo, i'm pretty sure. if i were you(and i ain't, but if'n i was), i'd just forget about girls and go out and have fun. women will naturally come to you when they're ready, and when you let them.
and don't short-change yourself because of your ethnicity! brown is beautiful.
