singing lessons and chorus if ur still in school...i used to take chorus and my voice is really good now!

pratice - pratice - pratice!!!!!
scales, in keys, don't strain, use your diaphram.
have a set time you do this every day. dicipline is the key.
find a vocal coach and/or a group to vocalize with.
join all aspects of the craft, jazz, barbershop, church, everything that will introduce you to different styles of singing and make you vary your voice.
