I have to make 400 bucks before tommorow to finish paying my college tuition so I can attend college this year. I am between a rock and a hard place. How can I make 400 bucks before tommorow? Please serious answers only.

Talk to the financial aid office of your school. They can often get your emergency short term loans, or even get you some extra scholarship money. Believe me, the last thing the school wants is for you to drop out. That doesn't do them any good.
If you think you can get $400 in a month or so, you could also try getting the money by pawning some things you own, like a TV. You won't get much from pawn shops, but you can get your stuff back if you give the money back within a certain amount of time.
As a side note, this is a good reason to make some good friends. Emergencies come up throughout life and it's always nice to have friends and family to turn to. I know that doesn't help you now, but the lesson now could save you next time. As they say, "no man is an island."

I would consider a short term loan from your bank.
Beware of the short term title loan companies.

ummm u can get like 5jobs and each pays like a hundred bucks or sumtin or go beg sumone or get a loan!
