Actually, no you can't, none of the answers you have are really telling you the truth. Frankly women fake it all the time, because you guys are often just lousy in bed. and we don't want to hurt your feelings. All I can say is you should have worked and talked through this already, before you got married.
However, a good test would be to not initiate sex at all and see when she brings it up.
1 to 1 and a half weeks....she likes it, wants more.
more than that.....you need to talk with her about sex and what you can do to make it more enjoyable for her.

shes ENJOYING it IF she doesnt show signs of interest to LOOK for other people outside the realationship to have a physical contact. If she stays with you voluntarily without threats from you, and her only sexual relatioship is with you, you are relatively safe and sure that she is satiesfied. No words needed for confirmation.

You should know by her actions. If she has sex grudgingly, then she dislikes it. Does she just lie there while you take care of business? Does she ever initiate sex? If you can not figure it out on your own, then you should ask her. That way should know what she really feels.

Get a really ugly, smelly and repulsive guy to proposition her, If she accepts, she MUST like sex and be undiscriminating about who she has it with. You will have learned something, even if you don't particularly like what you have learned.
