turns off. PLEASE HELP!!!! I am on the brink of a meltdown here. It is a Motorola E815.

The phone is less than 3 months old, and I think i have a warrenty.

I went to Verizon today and they replaced it free of charge, not a hasstle at all!!

I had the same problem with an old Motorola.. and I bet you your charger is the old style one ( kind of serial connection).
The problem could be in the phone itself, the charge socket in which you plug the adapter.. if so.. buying a new phone will be cheaper than fixing it.

that what happened to mine maybe u got water in it. or dropped your phone that is why it's doing that.

there might be something wrong with your phone. ask your provider
