no you are not pregnant but that doesn't mean you don't have a STI. You should go and get checked at a local clinic. it is also a good idea to think about birth control just in case the condom rips or tears. and if you are worried about getting pregnant or getting a STI abstinence is the best solution to your problems. you and your boyfriend can still be romantic but with out the risks.

You did have sex, so there is always a chance that you could have gotten pregnant. But, because of where you were in your cycle and the fact taht you used a condom, it is unlikely.
If you were both virgins than it is VERY unlikely that you have an STD.
Finally, if you plan to continue to have sex, go to the nearest Planned Parenthood, or some other free clinic and get started on birthcontrol of some sort. Condoms have been known to fail so it is good to have another method of birthcontrol on board.

ignore all the sti-people, they're winding you up. the most likely cause is 1. you were just meant to start that day, followed by 2. if there was only a small amount of blood, it was either the breaking of the hymnen or possibly erosion of the cervix, which is common when you first have sex as your cervix hasn't toughened up yet- like how sometimes gums bleed after harsh brushing. i really doubt its anything to worry about.

This could be caused by an infection. Was this your first time? You can only break your hymen the first time. Do you normally have regularly scheduled periods? You shoud see a doctor if this happens again.

If your real close to having your period then the
poking and stroking can bring it on just a bit early.
If you were a virgin then the broken hymen can bleed a little bit but doesn't last but a minute or two.
But once it's broken it's broken, it isn't going to bleed each time.
ANYTIME you have sex you take a chance on becoming pregnant or catching a STD. unless you practice
monogamy and so does he, Preferably while married.

It's most likely your period. Don't worry. Also, you are practicing safe sex with the condom...so relax. If you don't want to get pregnant---discuss birth control with your DR. And if you go on the pill---continue to use a condom.

I got a period the first time and with every single pap smear I've ever had. I dont think it is a symptom of pregnancy or STD, but I can't say you definately don't/aren't because you are sexually active.

You had sex, so of course there is a chance you are pregnany or have an STD. If you used the condom properly, the chances are slim but they still exist.

I would say that it is just your period. Maybe you should consider getting on the pill AND use condoms just to be extra safe! And you will also know when to expect you period.
