You have an absolutely great gaming machine there, I mean one that would make a lot of gamers jealous, save for one thing: Your video output. You need a video card, and since you have such a nice and seemingly expensive rig there, I would suggest one of the high end nVidia's, any of the 7900 line. One thing though, I am sure you thought you included everything, but in fact you left one thing out, power supply rating. You need a big power supply to run the high end video cards, but judging by the specs on your system you probably have a good one.

You got a mean machine. If you are playing online games, then go for CABLE Internet. If you are playing from CDs or DVDs, then check the CD-DVD drive on your system and make sure it is tweeked so it reads faster and give it a higher priority so memory will look at it faster. So electrinically, you have the juice and the harware all good, just make sure that the mechanical can spin faster (the cd-dvd drive)

This looks like it will play most games. You might upgrade the video card to a 512MB card, or if the board supports SLI, you may want to do that. Otherwise the only other thing I see is installing a CD/DVD burner if it doesn't already have one.
Otherwise this machine should be fine.

There is only one thing wrong with that rig. That Geforce 6150 has gotta go. the cpu, ram, everything else is top notch. You need to look into a Geforce 7900 series or Radeon X1900 series video card then that machine will truely get with it. It will do anything you throw at it with a video card like that.

Use the Operating System that does true Symetrical Multiple Processing, SMP, that the major players use to SERVE games, like QuakeIII, and Microsoft.com, hotmail.com, MSN.com, google.com.
Linux is a true 64 bit, multi-tasking, multi-processing, multi-user, OS!
And, it is capable of running the games at 50X faster rates than Microsoft XP (PCGaming Mag. Fall 2004)! Linux is MUCH improved, in the past 22 months!
get the 1500 Microsoft games, at http://transgaming.org/gamesdb
Get the entire distro, plus the included 1,900 FREE games, apps. programs: http://pclinuxos.com and, installed, it loads 5,000 games, programs!

A DVD-RAM is a rewritable DVD that functions like a removable hard disk. DVD-RAM media can be rewritten 100,000 times before it is no longer usable. See DVD-RAM.
DVD-R and DVD+R are competing write-once formats for movies or data. DVD-RW and DVD+RW are competing, rewritable (re-recordable) formats that unlike DVD-RAM's 100,000 cycles, can only be rewritten 1,000 times. Aimed at the consumer, 1,000 rewrites is considered more than sufficient. See DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW and DVD+RW.
