Set aside one or two hours per day to work on it. Read the chapter, study the example, do the sample problems and check your work.

Ask your parents or a tutor to work with your at least once a week for one or two hours to show you different methods and discuss ways to solve problems.

Building math skills is like putting tools in a toolbox. Each method you master is another tool. Pretty soon, you will be able to do anything!

Love maths first ie don't fear about maths. do all your example work and try to finish the exercise that is given in your book

best way is to keep on doing sums repeatedly and trying to solve as many question as possible. once you start doing them ok your confidence level will increase and you will start enjoying it and also you will develop interest in it
